HDG Umwelttechnik GmbH has a new product in its line, PE100 distance pieces for geothermal pipes , sizes DA 32 and DA 40 . The small and handy distance pieces are made exclusively for HDG. In the middle they are open and you can easiliy click them together. The distance pieces are made of PE100, they are self-fixing. Drilling and installation companies can save much installation time using the distance pieces of HDG. The PE 100 distance pieces offered by HDG Umwelttechnik GmbH are reliable products, geothermal energy can be used in an more efficient way.

Distance pieces for duplex-geothermal pipes are necessary to avoid thermal short circuits between the pipes and the soil, between flow and return. The distance pieces guarantee a clean connection and compression of well and earth. No air holes can disturb energy transmission. An other advantage is that the distance pieces improve the heat transition from the wall of the well to the geothermal pipes pushing the pipes outwards.
