DESILTER CONE

The HDG-Hydrocyclones are available in three sizes. The 4" cone processes 190 l/min with a  0,01 mm and larger separation. The 5" cone processes 303 l/min with a 0,015 mm and larger separation. The 10" cone processes 1890 l/min with a 0,04 mm and larger separation.

The HDG-Hydrocyclones are constructed of all polyurethane with steel reinforcement rings to enable the cones to withstand extremes in temperatures and pressures without distortion. The cones are consistently molded by a computerized injection system to insure exact compound mixtures for each production cycle. The HDG urethane compund is field proven and temperature resistant.
