Full wall pipes for wells and filter pipes with certification DVGW
It is reserved to the producer to choose and dose the vinylchlorid polymerisate,
stabilisation agents, mould release agents and other additives (for instance pigments) for the moulding material. You are not allowed to use moulding materials with unknown compositions. If required the producer has to show a certificate in accordance to DIN EN 10204 standard, 2.1.
Substance
PVC-U, made of PVC-moulding material without flexibilizer and filler material.
StandardizationSince 1981 the filter pipes made of plastic are uniformed and the properties are defined in the DIN standards, page 4925, part 1 - 3. The standardization includes the following properties:
- Substance
- Colour of the pipe (RAL 5015) dark blue
- Nominal diameter with external diameter and wall thickness
- Lenght of the construction
- Connection thread
- Slits across the pipe axis with determinated widths of the slits, number of the slit tracks, minimal length of the slits and internal diameter of the filter pipe, minimum of free entrance area
In short the standardization of filter pipes and full wall pipes made of polyvinylchlorid without flexibilizer (PVC-U) includes:
DIN standard 4925, part 1:
Plastic-filter made of Polyvinylchlorid without flexibilizer (PVC-U) DN 35 - 100 with pipethread in accordance to DIN standard 2999.
DIN 4925, part 2:
Plastic-filter made of Polyvinylchlorid without flexibilizer (PVC-U) DN 100 - 200 with trapezoidal thread.
