Composition:
SCHWENK Füllbinder® EWM is a pre-mix poor in chromate, made of a special hydraulic binder and finely granulated.

Characteristics:
You mix SCHWENK Füllbinder® EWM with water, so you get a homogeneous and steady suspension, fluent and ready to pump.
You imbed the pipe positively, and you seal possible ground water
layers safely and durably. The fine grits of stones in the suspension minimize the quantity you need more because of fissures and gaps,
you can reduce your need adding a little bit more water. SCHWENK Füllbinder® EWM is highly heat conductive and more resistant
against freeze, compared to the formulas recommended by the VDI guidelines 4640. The quality of the ground water is not influenced
by the composition of SCHWENK Füllbinder® EWM .

Application:
You can use SCHWENK Füllbinder® EWM especially for geothermal plants, to imbed the pipes.


Handling:
You can mix SCHWENK Füllbinder® EWM with a normal compulsory or flow mixer (for instance SCHWENK »quadro-mat«, PFT, etc.). Respect a sufficient time and intensity. Take care that the suspension is mixed and used without clots and homogeneously. The best mixer to open SCHWENK Füllbinder® EWM is the colloid mixer. Normaly you fill the Füllbinder® EWM into the borehole with mixing pumps, with a pipeline or other piston and spiral pumps. You should fill in the SCHWENK Füllbinder® EWM immediately after mixing, at the latest within 2 hours.

the basic suitability, the worker on the site has to proof again the concrete conditions on the site.

bulk in a silo lorry and container with flow mixer and pump (SCHWENK »quadro-mat«), in sacks at 25 kg and in big-bags.

Stocking:
SCHWENK Füllbinder® EWM must be dry and protected from humidity.
